The RevHostHQ Chrome Extension is a powerful tool that integrates directly with Turo to give you real-time market insights, pricing optimization, competitor analysis, and performance tracking — all without leaving the Turo website.

Visit the Chrome Web Store, search for "RevHostHQ" or click the link on our Features page, then click "Add to Chrome". Once installed, log in with your RevHostHQ account to activate all features.

The Chrome Extension is included with your RevHostHQ account. Some advanced features may require a paid plan. Visit our pricing page for more details.

First, make sure you are logged in to both Turo and RevHostHQ. Try refreshing the page or disabling and re-enabling the extension. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache or reinstall the extension. You can also reach out to us using the contact form below.

Chrome extensions update automatically. To force an update, go to chrome://extensions, enable "Developer mode", and click "Update". You can also remove and reinstall the extension from the Chrome Web Store.

Yes! Simply install the Chrome Extension on each computer and log in with the same RevHostHQ account. Your data and settings will sync across devices.

Download "RevHost HQ" from the Apple App Store on iPhone or from Google Play on Android. Sign in with your existing RevHostHQ account — the same credentials you use on the web dashboard.

The mobile app lets you view your fleet status, browse upcoming and active reservations, open trip details with GPS context and harsh-event markers, check the calendar, capture expenses with receipt photos, manage condition reports, and receive push alerts for operational events.

Camera and photo library permissions are used when you capture or attach receipts, vehicle photos, and condition-report images. Location permission is used only while the app is open, to render maps, trip paths, and fleet positions. The app does not collect background location from your phone, and you can grant or revoke each permission from your device settings at any time.

After signing in once with your email and password, enable biometric unlock from the app's profile settings. Your biometric data stays on your device — RevHostHQ never receives or stores it.

Open your device Settings, find RevHost HQ, and confirm Notifications are allowed. Inside the app, open Profile → Notifications to enable the alert types you want. If notifications still do not arrive (for example, after restoring a phone backup), signing out and back in re-registers the device with our servers.

You can request account deletion from the mobile app under Profile, from the web dashboard, or by emailing privacy@revhosthq.com. Deletion removes your personal data within 90 days, except for records we are legally required to retain (such as financial and invoice history).

You can manage your subscription from your RevHostHQ dashboard under Profile > Subscription. If you need help, contact us using the form below and we'll assist you.

Use the contact form below and select "Bug Report" or "Feature Request" as the message type. Please include as much detail as possible so we can help you quickly.
